All details are sent over SSL, which is an encrypted channel. Our payment gateway also adheres to card networks' requirements and regulations surrounding payment processing.
To check the status of your order, go to My Account > My Orders and find the Order Status for the order.
Processing: This means we’re currently processing and packing the order. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
Complete: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a button to track your package.
Most orders ship within one to two days. Shipping time in transit varies based on your location and the shipping option you selected during checkout.
We ship most orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Larger items will ship via LTL freight service.
Packages delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS ususally do not require a signature and may be left by the carrier, at their discretion, if nobody is available to accept the package.
Shipments delivered by LTL freight service will require a signature at time of delivery.
Shipping is free if your order reaches our minimum order amount. Shipping for orders below that amount will vary based on the items in the order. Shipping options and prices will be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to placing your order.
