Frequently Asked Questions

To check the status of your order, go to My Account > My Orders and find the 'Order Status' for the order.
Processing: This means we’re currently processing and packing the order. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
Complete: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a button to track your package.
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 days. Shipping time varies based on your location and the shipping carrier. Small orders should arrive within 2 to 7 days. Larger orders delivered by freight truck can take 10 to 21 days.
Small orders will be delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Large orders that cannot be shipped with one of the above carriers will be delivered by freight truck service.
Orders shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS usually do not require a signature.
Large freight orders will require a signature and you will need to be present at the time of delivery.
Shipping is free for all products we sell!
