Q: How secure is my payment
All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers. All payment processing is done by a level 1 PCI compliant third-party credit card processor. All details are sent over SSL, which is an encrypted channel. Our payment gateway also adheres to card networks’ requirements and regulations surrounding payment processing.
Q: How do I check the status of my order:
To check the status of your order, go to My Account > My Orders and find the Order Status for the order.
Processing: This means we’re currently processing and packing the order. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
Complete: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a button to track your package.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within one to two days. Shipping time in transit varies based on your location and the shipping option you selected during checkout.
Q: Which carrier will deliver my order?
We ship most orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Larger items will ship via LTL freight service.
Q: Will I need to sign for my order?
Packages delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS ususally do not require a signature and may be left by the carrier, at their discretion, if nobody is available to accept the package.
Shipments delivered by LTL freight service will require a signature at time of delivery.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on everything! No minimum order required.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. We currently only ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States.
Q: Do you ship to international addresses?
No. Not at this time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.
